For more than 30 years, I have worked as a leader in the Twin Cities fitness community, serving clients ranging from busy executives to young adults and senior citizens.

Through personalized, innovative whole-body fitness programs, I help my clients achieve their goals safely and swiftly, without making unrealistic expectations.

I believe wellness can be achieved with well-rounded program design and a variety of exercises and fitness activities. My certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Golf biomechanics and strength training enable me to deliver on this goal and provide my clients with the eclectic method they need to stay fit.
